SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery & Shipping Costs

 

We ship to several European countries.

D'ALMA undertakes to do everything possible to prepare and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For any order placed from Monday to Saturday before 1:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
  • For any order placed from Monday to Friday after 1:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
  • For any order placed from Saturday after 1:00 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
  • For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We'll notify you by email if there should ever be a problem in the preparation of the order and/or delays in delivery.

Orders are shipped with our carrier DPD to your home or to a DPD parcel shop. You have the possibility to choose the delivery method when validating your basket.
For home delivery, please choose the “Standard Home” delivery method. For delivery to a parcel shop, please select “DPD Pickup Parcel Shop Delivery”.
When the package is shipped, you will be informed by email and/or text message of the day and time slot during which you will be delivered.

*Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and under no circumstances can D'ALMA be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery (for home delivery only), the carrier will forward your package to the Pickup point closest to your home. Please take into account any emails and/or text messages you may receive from the carrier. If you opt for delivery to a Pickup point, you have 9 calendar days to collect your package before it is reshipped to D'ALMA.
