Ginout gin is distilled using a range of iconic Portuguese botanicals including fig leaves, olive oil, Algarve fleur de sel and peony flowers – some of which have never been used to create a spirit. After the distillation process, this gin is aged in oak casks from the finest Ports to add a series of autumnal notes and rich wild berry aromas. Ginout is also infused with macerated and toasted cork revealing a whole spectrum of unique aromas.
