RETURNS & REFUND

 

Return conditions



You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your goods.

To do so, please send us an e-mail at info@dalma.shop or use the contact form. Please include your name, order number and parcel tracking number so that we can process your request as quickly as possible and send you the returns label.

Please do not return the parcel without first contacting us!

Returned products must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, any product returned unsealed, damaged, deteriorated or even partially consumed will not be refunded.

Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Return instructions

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty, or if there has been a packaging error, the return costs will be at our expense and will be refunded to you. Please keep the proof of payment of your return and send it to us by e-mail.

 

Please note the following:

1. Send an e-mail to info@dalma.shop indicating your name, your order number and your parcel tracking number.
2. Print the return label
3. Packaging and condition of goods

Pack items well to avoid damage during transport. It is preferable to use the packaging and wrapping you received from us. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund.

4. Drop your parcel off at a Pickup point and the carrier will take care of the rest.

 

Refund procedure

 

Refunds will be issued only after the confirmed and verified return of the goods and within a maximum of 14 business days. We will use the same method of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will be notified by e-mail of the refund.

 

Damaged orders

 

If the parcel presented to you is visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to D'ALMA. Please specify the reason for refusal on the delivery note or the computer terminal used by the delivery person or the Pickup point, and then inform us within 48 hours by sending an e-mail to info@dalma.shop with your name, your order number and your parcel tracking number so that we can provide you with all our assistance.

If the damage is not apparent, you can file a written complaint to the carrier by registered letter with a return receipt within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We then invite you to contact us at info@dalma.shop for the rest of the claims process.
