Products & Orders
All our products come from Portugal and are manufactured mainly by small local producers and family businesses.
Our products are stored in a private storage warehouse in Luxembourg.
After processing and shipping your order, you will receive your invoice by email as a PDF file.
Shipping
We ship to the following European countries: Luxembourg, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Finland and Sweden.
We offer home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Shipping methods and rates vary depending on the destination country. We invite you to refer to the shipping policy page for more information.
We do our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it usually takes an additional 1-5 business days for home delivery and 2-7 business days to a pickup point before it reaches you. Please consult our shipping policy for further details.
A DPD Parcelshop is a place where you can send and collect parcels. When you deliver to a Pickup point, you can be sure that you can collect your parcel at a time that suits you best thanks to the flexible opening hours. All Pickup points are open from Tuesday to Saturday at least. To find a nearby point, click here
We pay maximum attention to the packaging of your orders and protect your products with cushioning materials to prevent shocks and movements during the delivery of your package.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or text notification from our carrier that will contain your parcel tracking number. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time following receipt of your shipping confirmation email and/or text message, please contact us at info@dalma.shop with your name, order number and parcel tracking number so that we can look into it for you.
Our products are carefully checked and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that they are shipped safely. If your package is not delivered in the best conditions, we recommend that you refuse delivery and inform us within 48 hours maximum so that we can provide you with assistance. If the items you received do not match your order, simply send us a photo of the items received within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then, at our expense, return the package received and ship a new package.
It all depends on the delivery method chosen:
- Standard Home Delivery: Our DPD service provider will contact you directly to schedule a new delivery. However, if you are unable to make it, the package will be dropped off at a Pickup point closest to your home.
- Standard Parcelshop Delivery: You will have 9 calendar days to collect your order.
Your package will be made available at the Pickup point for a period of 9 calendar days from the day of deposit. If you are unable to collect or have your package collected within the time limit, it will be returned to D'ALMA.
If the tracking of your package has not changed within a maximum of 72 hours, do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone. In the event that the package is lost, we undertake to refund your order or send you another package within a period that may not exceed 30 days. Please note that if the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, we are not able to file a claim. This is then your responsibility but we remain available to assist you in your efforts.
Payment
We offer PayPal and credit card payments via the external service provider Stripe, which currently has the highest security standards in order to protect your data and ours and to enable a simple and secure payment process. Returns
You have 14 days to return your products to us. Please take into account the conditions for a return described in our return policy .
Before returning the package, send us an email to info@dalma.shop so that we can send you the return label. Then stick the label on your package and drop it off at a DPD Pickup point. For more details, please see our return policy
