Embark on a magical journey with Sharish Blue Gin, a unique Portuguese gin known for its eye-catching colour and exquisite flavour.

Sharish Blue Magic Gin is a gin produced in the Alentejo region of Portugal that contains only the best locally grown ingredients. Distilled in a traditional copper still, it uses a combination of carefully selected herbs and fruits: juniper berries, coriander seeds, licorice, angelica, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clitoria ternatea, strawberries and raspberries.

The intense blue color is due to the infusion after distillation of the Clitoria Ternatea flower, a tropical variety native to Japan. A particularly characteristic property of this Blue Magic Gin: if mixed with tonic water, it almost magically changes colour to become light lilac / pink due to the action of citric acid which reacts naturally on contact with the flower.

Tasting Notes : Fresh and floral on the nose with hints of lemon and aromatic spices. A soft and refreshing palate, with juniper at the forefront, complemented by subtle citrus and berry notes.

Suggestions: Serve 50ml of Sharish Blue Gin with 150ml of tonic water garnished with raspberries or strawberries for a refreshing and visually stunning G&T.
