This gin celebrates the most Portuguese pear - Pêra Rocha - while keeping the base of the Sharish Gin Original. In this limited edition the following botanicals were used: juniper berries , coriander seeds, Rocha PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) pear, Alentejo mandarin and lemon peel, lemon balm, mandarin leaf, pine needles, lavender, elderflower, clove, German iris, licorice, angelica root, bay leaf and Alentejo almond.

From the 2021 harvest, 9999 bottles were produced.

Tasting notes: Fresh notes of mint derived from pine needles, lavender and bay leaf. The pear is still present in the gin, but keeping the house signature (a gin with lemony freshness).

Suggestions: Drink neat or on ice with pear chips and sprigs of thyme. Also very nice for cocktails.
