Sharish Laurinius Gin is a limited edition that has been aged for 12 months in barrels previously used to age Lourinhã wine brandy, one of only three demarcated brandy regions in the world (like Cognac and Armagnac).

This gin is a special version of the Original Sharish gin, reproducing its recipe and replacing only the main ingredient - the Bravo Esmolfe wild apple - with Rocha pear (Pêra Rocha). Bay leaf is also added, which is a tribute to the wine spirits produced in Lourinhã.

This recipe includes other traditional Portuguese ingredients, such as: juniper berries, lemon verbena, Alentejo orange and lemon peels, coriander seeds, cloves, vanilla and cinnamon.

With distinctive and complex properties, Laurinius Gin is a stimulating invitation for connoisseurs of whiskeys and wine spirits.

Tasting notes : On the nose you will recognize subtle aromas of creamy lemon and on the palate you will be able to taste the spicy notes of basil and a hint of vanilla flower.
