Sharish Original Gin is made from herbs and fruits grown in Portugal. This recipe uses 9 carefully selected ingredients: juniper berries, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, vanilla, orange peel, lemon peel and lemon verbena. The presence of the wild apple "Bravo de Esmolfe" PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) gives the gin its signature and unique character.

 Tasting notes : A creamy drink with a unique aroma where citrus flavours from the orange peel, the sweetness of the bravo-esmolfe apple and vanilla, as well as juniper berries predominate. At the end of the tasting, you can feel the slight spiciness of lemon verbena.
